Shipping policy

 The terms of Shipping Policy must be understood well before you place an order. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Shipping Policy”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We at Suganya Clothings are committed to despatch all domestic & international orders with good quality packaging within a span of 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. Please be noted that orders placed after 5 PM will be considered for the next business day.

Under normal circumstances, the domestic orders shall be delivered within 6-8 business days (from the date of placing orders) and international orders in 8-10 business days (from the date of placing orders).

Delivery Partner

Suganya Clothings makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship all our orders through India Post unless you prefer a different delivery partner.

We also deliver our paid orders with ST courier, Professional Courier, DTDC and AirCargo on customer request. Please be noted that for AirCargo, customer may have to bear the shipping charges.

Suganya Clothings partners with third party delivery partners who are separate and distinct from Suganya Clothings, to effectuate product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the delivery partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email or SMS along with the tracking number. Suganya Clothings shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by third party delivery partners. 
 

Shipping Address

Prior to or at the time of making payments for the purchase of product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Suganya Clothings shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

For any reason, if you would like to change the shipping address of your order, please write to us at  suganyaclothings@gmail.com or +91 86676 18616 and include your new shipping address.

 

Package Missing/Lost while in transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email or whatsapp. We can contact our delivery partner to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing which is confirmed by our delivery partner, Suganya Clothings will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.

 

What if I have received the package in damaged condition?

If you have received the package in tempered condition or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Please notify us immediately at +91 86676 18616 or email at suganyaclothings@gmail.com mentioning the Order ID. Post validation Suganya Clothings will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
